Russ Roe
President
Russ has been farming since the early 1970s. He has overseen the expansion of Roe Farms from a smaller family farm to a diverse and sophisticated family-owned business poised to compete in the present economy. Russ leads grain marketing and oversees all operations of Roe Farms. Russ enjoys his time at the lake in the summer with his spouse, Kathy, their three sons and eight grandchildren. In the winter, they enjoy their time in the Florida Keys.

Chad Roe

Chad has been farming since ________. He leads grain operations for Roe Farms. When he is not at the farm, Chad is spending time with his spouse, Dawn and their three sons, Peyton, Carson and Gavin. The boys also help at the farming operation.

Tim is an electrical/software engineer at Itron in Waseca, MN. Tim assists Roe Farms with financial, information technology and other management matters. Tim lives in Mankato, MN with his two daughters, Madeline and Olivia. Tim loves to golf and spend time outdoors.

Chris is an attorney at the Blethen Berens firm in Mankato, MN where he primarily represents farmers. Chris assists Roe Farms with legal, landlord, governmental and other management matters. Chris lives in Mankato, MN with his spouse, Tina, and their three children, Noah, Isabella and Finley. Chris is avid golfer.

Mike Roe
Agronomist
Board Member
Mike is a Seed Advisor for Beck’s Hybrids. Mike assists Roe Farms with agronomic support, crop planting and harvesting management, landlord and other management matters. Mike lives in Rochester, MN with his spouse, Amanda, and their three children, Jack, Sophie and Chloe. Mike loves coaching and watching his children compete in sporting activities.

Ryan Goergen
Operations Manager
Ryan joined Roe Farms in August 2014 and has become a vital member of the operation. He oversees labor, capital purchases/repairs and general administrative matters. When Ryan is not working, he is spending time with his spouse, Tiffany and their three children, Taryn, Mabel and Milo and racing his stock car.
